  "text": "The Stabilisation and Association Council shall meet once a year in accordance with the established practice for Stabilisation and Association Councils, including as regards the level of representation and the venue. Special sessions of the Stabilisation and Association Council may be held at the request of either Party, if the Parties so agree. Meetings of the Stabilisation and Association Council shall be jointly convened by the Secretaries of the Stabilisation and Association Council in agreement with the Chair.",
