  "text": "Council Implementing Decision (CFSP) 2016/1340\nof 4 August 2016\nimplementing Decision (CFSP) 2015/1333 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 31(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to Council Decision (CFSP) 2015/1333 of 31 July 2015 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya and repealing Decision 2011/137/CFSP, and in particular Article 13(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 31 July 2015, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2015/1333.\n(2)\nThe information relating to two persons listed in Annexes II and IV to Decision (CFSP) 2015/1333 should be updated.\n(3)\nDecision (CFSP) 2015/1333 should therefore be amended,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
