  "heading": "Criterion 3 — Emissions to water from the production of leather, textiles and rubber",
  "text": "Textiles, leather and rubber that are destined to be used in the final product shall be subject to the limit on emissions to water.\nThe criterion shall apply whenever the leather, textile or rubber content, as appropriate, is used in shoe uppers or shoe outer soles and is greater than 10,0 % weight by weight of either component.",
