  "text": "Benefits under this pension scheme shall be paid monthly in arrears.\nThese benefits shall be provided by the Agency.\nFor pensioners residing in the European Union, benefits shall be paid in euro into a bank in the Member State of residence.\nFor pensioners residing outside the Union, pensions shall be paid, in euro into a bank in the country of residence. The pension may by way of exception be paid in euro into a bank in the country where the Agency has its headquarters, or in foreign currency in the country of residence of the pensioner, converted at the most up-to-date exchange rates used for the implementation of the budget of the Agency.\nThis Article shall apply by analogy to the recipients of an invalidity allowance.",
