1.

A Disciplinary Board shall be established in the Agency. The Disciplinary Board shall include at least one member, who may be the chairman, chosen from the staff of the Council of the European Union.

2.

The Disciplinary Board shall consist of a chairman and four full members, who may be replaced by alternates, of which at least one member shall have the same function group as the member of staff subject to disciplinary proceedings.
