  "text": "Any decision requiring damage suffered by the Agency as a result of serious misconduct to be made good, as provided for in Article 26, shall be taken by the AACC after observing the formalities provided for in cases of dismissal for serious misconduct.\nDecisions relating to individual members of the temporary staff shall be published as provided for in Article 32.",
