  "text": "A member of temporary staff shall be entitled to special allowances when required in accordance with a decision taken by the AACC because of the exigencies of the service or safety rules to remain on standby duty at his place of work or at home outside normal working hours.\nThe AACC shall determine the categories of members of temporary staff entitled to such allowances, the conditions for granting the allowances and also the rates thereof.",
