  "text": "Subject to Articles 63 to 66, a member of the temporary staff shall be entitled, in accordance with Articles 5 to 16 of Annex IV, to reimbursement of expenses incurred by him on taking up appointment, transfer or leaving the service, and also to reimbursement of expenses incurred in the course of or in connection with the performance of his duties.",
