  "text": "The daily subsistence allowance shall be as set out in Article 10 of Annex IV. However, a member of the temporary staff who is engaged for a fixed period of less than 12 months and who furnishes evidence that it is impossible for him to continue to live in his place of residence shall be entitled to the daily subsistence allowance for the duration of his contract or for a maximum of one year.",
