  "text": "Where a member of the temporary staff has exercised the option provided for in Article 91, his severance grant shall be reduced proportionately in respect of the period in which the sums were withdrawn.\nThe first paragraph of this Article shall not apply to a member of the temporary staff who, in the three months following application of these Staff Regulations to him, asks to be allowed to repay such sums plus compound interest at the rate of 3,5 % per year, which may be revised following the procedure laid down in Article 88.",
