  "text": "Ad hoc SNEs shall be assigned exclusively to the ad hoc projects or programmes whose budget funds their respective allowances and expenses.\nThe recruitment of ad hoc SNEs shall be subject to the prior approval of the relevant contributing Member States, based on a proposal including the draft vacancy notice associated with each post, by one or more of the relevant contributing Member States or by the Agency.",
