  "text": "Budgets associated with ad hoc projects or programmes which cover the allowances and expenses of ad hoc SNEs may comprise contributions from third countries which take part in such projects and programmes, pursuant to Article 26(5) of Decision (CFSP) 2015/1835.\nNotwithstanding the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 1, such contributions shall not entitle nationals of the third countries concerned to be considered as eligible in ad hoc SNE recruitment procedures.",
