  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2016/1671\nof 15 September 2016\namending Decision 2014/145/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 17 March 2014, the Council adopted Decision 2014/145/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.\n(2)\nOn 10 March 2016, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2016/359, thereby renewing the measures for a further six months.\n(3)\nIn view of the continuing undermining or threatening of the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, Decision 2014/145/CFSP should be renewed for a further six months.\n(4)\nThe Council has reviewed the individual designations set out in the Annex to Decision 2014/145/CFSP. That Annex should be amended.\n(5)\nDecision 2014/145/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
