  "text": "Part I. ‘Displays’ currently included in Annex C of the Agreement between the Government of the United States and the European Union on the coordination of energy-efficiency labelling programmes for office equipment shall be replaced by Part I. ‘Displays’ as laid down thereafter.\nThe Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following its publication. The Decision, done in duplicate, shall be signed by the Co-chairs.",
