# Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1775 of 4 October 2016 amending Decision 93/195/EEC by adding Qatar to the list of third countries from which Member States authorise the re-entry into Union territory of registered horses which have been temporarily exported for a period of less than 90 days to take part in International Group/Grade meetings (notified under document C(2016) 6270) (Text with EEA relevance), Article 1

Decision 93/195/EEC is amended as follows:
(1) the eighth indent of Article 1 is replaced by the following:
‘have taken part in International Group/Grade meetings in Australia, Canada, the United States of America, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates or Qatar and meet the requirements laid down in a health certificate in accordance with the model set out in Annex VIII to this Decision,’;
(2) Annex VIII is replaced by the text in the Annex to this Decision.
