  "text": "Point (d) of Article 3 of the Agreement defines ‘visa’ as ‘an authorisation issued by a Member State with a view to transiting through or an intended stay in the territory of Member States of a duration of no more than 90 days in any 180-day period from the date of first entry into the territory of the Member States;’.\nThe facilitations provided by the Agreement apply both to uniform visas and to visas with limited territorial validity issued for the purpose of transit or short-stay.",
