  "text": "In order to allow the Joint Committee to monitor effectively the implementation of the Agreement, diplomatic missions and consular services of the Member States shall submit statistics to the Commission every six months specifying by month, in particular and where possible:\nthe number of multiple-entry visas issued;\nthe number of visas issued without fees.",
