# Council Decision (EU) 2016/1879 of 24 June 2016 on the signing, on behalf of the Union, and provisional application of the Agreement between the European Union and the Federated States of Micronesia on the short-stay visa waiver, Article 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Agreement shall be applied on a provisional basis as from the day following the date of signature thereof, pending the completion of the procedures necessary for its conclusion.
