  "text": "Council Decision (EU) 2016/202\nof 12 February 2016\nestablishing the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union within the EPA Committee set up by the interim Agreement with a view to an Economic Partnership Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Central Africa Party, of the other part, regarding the adoption of its Rules of Procedure\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, in particular Articles 207 and 209, in conjunction with Article 218(9) thereof,\nHaving regard to Council Decision 2009/152/EC on the signature and provisional application of the interim Agreement with a view to an Economic Partnership Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Central Africa Party, of the other part,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the European Commission,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe interim Agreement with a view to an Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Central Africa Party, of the other part, (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Agreement’) was signed on 15 January 2009 and has been provisionally applied since 4 August 2014.\n(2)\nArticle 92 of the Agreement establishes an EPA Committee, which is to be responsible for the administration of the Agreement and for the completion of all tasks referred to therein.\n(3)\nArticle 92 of the Agreement specifies that the Parties are to agree on the composition, organisation and functioning of the EPA Committee.\n(4)\nThe European Union should determine the position to be taken with regard to the adoption of the Rules of Procedure of the EPA Committee,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
