[Transparency] During the implementation of the Decision, the Commission will have unlimited access to all information necessary for monitoring its implementation. The Commission can ask OpCo or HoldCo to provide explanations and clarifications. Germany, OpCo and HoldCo will cooperate fully with the Commission in response to any request in connection with the monitoring and implementation of this Decision. This does not affect compliance with mandatory banking secrecy requirements.
