[Subsidiary] OpCo will hold all the assets and liabilities of HSH, including the assets covered by the guarantee (unless they are sold to the Länder in accordance with point 4, the guarantee itself and the banking licence. In order to ensure the operation of HoldCo, OpCo will provide HoldCo with cash of EUR 50 million.
