  "text": "[Flexibility in the selection of the assets to be transferred] In order to establish the purchase price of the selected assets, the Länder will use the valuation in the annex to this list of commitments. The Länder are free to determine the market price for parts of the selected assets on the basis of this valuation and to transfer the assets into their sphere, provided that the selected portfolio does not exceed EUR 6,2 billion EAD. During the sale period, the selected assets may be bought all together by the Länder but also individually or in lots. For transfers made after 31 August 2016, the Commission will update the valuation.",
