[Timetable and milestones for the sale procedure] Before the start of a sale procedure, a timetable containing at least the following milestones will be submitted to the Commission:

1. (a)

   preparation of the procedure (no later than […]^f1);

2. (b)

   submission of provisional bids (no later than […]);

3. (c)

   access to the data room (no later than […]);

4. (d)

   bidder selection and signing (no later than 28 February 2018).
