  "text": "[Successful conclusion of the sale procedure] After a successful completion of the sale procedure with the outcome of an aid-free offer with a positive offer price (while maintaining the guarantee), the intended acquisition will be notified to the Commission for the purpose of an assessment of the viability of the new company structure. The sale will not be implemented until the Commission has adopted an approval decision. The time taken for the assessment does not count towards the sale deadline.",
