[EUR/USD exchange rate] The commitments in points 7.1 and 7.5 regarding the balance sheet total and the scope of new business in the ship financing division are based on an average EUR/USD exchange rate of 1,10. If the actual rate is lower than that reference rate, the maximum amounts mentioned there must be adjusted upwards accordingly.
