Division (14)

If the Independent Expert is discharged from his duties pursuant to section 4 of this Annex, he may be required to continue to perform his duties until a new Independent Expert is appointed and he has passed on to him all the relevant information he has available. The new Independent Expert will be appointed in accordance with the procedure described in section 1 of this Annex.
