The State aid that France is planning to implement in favour of the PSA Peugeot Citroën SA Group, in the form of a State guarantee covering the bond issues of Banque PSA Finances up to 31 December 2016 and capped at EUR 7 billion (with a gross grant equivalent of EUR 486 million), and in the form of repayable advances of EUR 85,9 million for the conduct of the 50CO2Cars R&D project, namely a total amount of aid of EUR 571,9 million, is compatible with the internal market.
The implementation of this State aid is therefore approved.
