# Commission Decision (EU) 2016/2084 of 10 June 2016 on State aid SA.38132 (2015/C) (ex 2014/NN) — additional PSO compensation for Arfea (notified under document C(2016) 3472) (Only the Italian text is authentic) (Text with EEA relevance), Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The Italian Republic shall recover the aid referred to in Article 1 from the beneficiary.
2. The sums to be recovered shall bear interest from 7 February 2014 until their actual recovery.
3. The interest shall be calculated on a compound basis in accordance with Chapter V of Commission Regulation (EC) No 794/2004 and to Commission Regulation (EC) No 271/2008 amending Regulation (EC) No 794/2004.
4. The Italian Republic shall cancel all outstanding payments of the aid referred to in Article 1 with effect from the date of adoption of this Decision.
