  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2016/2217\nof 8 December 2016\namending Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 31(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to Council Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 of 27 May 2016 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and repealing Decision 2013/183/CFSP, and in particular Article 33 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 27 May 2016, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2016/849.\n(2)\nOn 30 November 2016, the United Nations Security Council adopted Resolution 2321(2016), adding 11 persons and 10 entities to the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures.\n(3)\nThe entries for one person and three entities in Annex II should be deleted as they have been listed in Annex I to Decision (CFSP) 2016/849.\n(4)\nAnnex I and Annex II to Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
