# Commission Decision (EU) 2016/2326 of 21 October 2015 on State aid SA.38375 (2014/C ex 2014/NN) which Luxembourg granted to Fiat (notified under document C(2015) 7152) (Only the French text is authentic) (Text with EEA relevance), Article 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. Within two months following notification of this decision, Luxembourg shall submit to the Commission information regarding the methodology used to calculate the exact amount of aid.
2. Luxembourg shall keep the Commission informed of the progress of the national measures taken to implement this Decision until recovery of the aid granted referred to in Article 1 has been completed. It shall immediately submit, on simple request by the Commission, information on the measures already taken and planned to comply with this Decision.
