  "text": "A register of FIDUCIA information shall be created. This register shall be kept, by the FIDUCIA office, at a work station situated in the FIDUCIA office premises. The communication and information system used to keep this register shall be compatible with the security requirements laid down in Article 10 of, and Annex IV to, this decision.",
