  "text": "The contract involving action having to be taken that entails the urgent removal of FIDUCIA information to a place of safety shall include the number of security guards who are to have personnel security clearance. It shall be silent with regard to the procedures to be put in hand. This contract shall not be given the FIDUCIA mark.",
