  "text": "1. FIDUCIA information shall in no circumstances be transmitted digitally.\n2. The General Court shall not send FIDUCIA information to the institutions, bodies, offices or agencies of the Union, or to the Member States, or to the other parties to the proceedings or to any third party.",
