  "text": "1. This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\n2. Decision ECB/2004/11 is repealed with effect from the twentieth day following the publication of this Decision in the Official Journal of the European Union.\n3. References to Decision ECB/2004/11 shall be construed as references to this Decision.",
