  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2016/319\nof 4 March 2016\namending Decision 2013/183/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to Council Decision 2013/183/CFSP of 22 April 2013 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and repealing Decision 2010/800/CFSP, and in particular Article 19(1) and (2) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 22 April 2013, the Council adopted Decision 2013/183/CFSP.\n(2)\nOn 2 March 2016, the United Nations Security Council adopted Resolution 2270 (2016) adding 16 persons and 12 entities to the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures, and updated the identifying information relating to one person and two entities subject to restrictive measures.\n(3)\nAnnex I to Decision 2013/183/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly.\n(4)\nThe entries for one person and seven entities listed in Annex II to Decision 2013/183/CFSP should be deleted, as they have been listed in Annex I to that Decision.\n(5)\nAnnex II to Decision 2013/183/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
