  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2016/359\nof 10 March 2016\namending Decision 2014/145/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 17 March 2014, the Council adopted Decision 2014/145/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.\n(2)\nOn 14 September 2015, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2015/1524 thereby renewing the measures for a further six months.\n(3)\nIn view of the continuing undermining or threatening of the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, Decision 2014/145/CFSP should be extended for a further six months.\n(4)\nThe Council has reviewed the individual designations. The Annex should be amended and the entries for three persons who are deceased should be deleted.\n(5)\nDecision 2014/145/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
