  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2016/565\nof 11 April 2016\namending Decision 2011/235/CFSP concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Iran\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 12 April 2011, the Council adopted Decision 2011/235/CFSP.\n(2)\nOn the basis of a review of Decision 2011/235/CFSP, the Council has decided that the restrictive measures set out therein should be renewed until 13 April 2017.\n(3)\nThe Council has also concluded that the entries concerning certain persons included in the Annex to Decision 2011/235/CFSP should be updated.\n(4)\nFurthermore, there are no longer grounds for keeping two persons on the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures set out in the Annex to Decision 2011/235/CFSP, and therefore the entries concerning them should be deleted.\n(5)\nDecision 2011/235/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
