Article 13 Entry into force and termination

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.

EUTM RCA shall end on 19 September 2022 .

This Decision shall be repealed as from the date of closure of the Mission Headquarters of EUTM RCA in accordance with the plans approved for the termination of EUTM RCA, and without prejudice to the procedures regarding the audit and presentation of the accounts of EUTM RCA, as laid down in Decision (CFSP) 2015/528.
