  "heading": "A new paragraph shall be added at the end of the Annex as follows:",
  "text": "‘2.\nThe timescales for the application of limit values and best available techniques that have been updated or introduced as a result of amendment of this Protocol shall be:\n(a) for new stationary sources, two years after the date of entry into force of the relevant amendment for a Party;\n(b) for existing stationary sources:\n(i) eight years after the date of entry into force of the relevant amendment for a Party; or\n(ii) for a Party that is a country with an economy in transition, up to 15 years after the date of entry into force of the relevant amendment for that Party’.",
