Section 7: Obligations in relation to export of chemicals

  1. Communication of information and decisions to those concerned within the jurisdiction of your Member State (Article 14(3))
  2. Exporter compliance with decisions in each import response (Article 14(4))
  3. Provision of support to importing parties (Article 14(5))
  4. Substances that cannot be exported unless certain conditions are fulfilled (Article 14(6))
  5. DNAs decision that export may proceed 60 days after an explicit consent request was made (Article 14(7))
  6. Validity of explicit consent (Article 14(8))
