1.

The quorum provided for in Article 10(2) of the Statute shall be eighteen voting members present.

2.

Decisions of the Board of Directors shall be taken in accordance with Article 10(2) of the Statute.

3.

The unanimity stipulated in Article 19(5) and (6) of the Statute means the total number of votes in favour cast by voting members present or represented.
