  "text": "1. Notice of meetings of the Board of Governors must be issued not less than 30 days before the date set for each meeting.\n2. The members of the Board of Governors must be in possession of the agenda and related documents not less than 20 days before the meeting.\n3. Each Governor may require the inclusion of items on the agenda for a meeting of the Board, provided that he conveys his requirement in writing to the Chairman of the Board of Governors not less than 15 days before the meeting.\n4. The time limits laid down in the foregoing paragraphs may be waived, if all the members of the Board consent or, in the event of an emergency, by the Chairman of the Board of Governors at the request of the President of the Bank.",
