  "text": "1. The Board of Governors shall ensure that the rights of the Bank's members of staff are safeguarded in the event of liquidation of the Bank.\n2. In the event of an emergency the Management Committee shall immediately take the measures it deems necessary, subject to immediate reporting thereon to the Board of Directors.",
