The office of Chairman shall be held by each member of the Board in rotation according to the order of protocol of the Member States established by the Council of the European Union.\n2. A member of the Board's term of office as Chairman shall expire at the end of the day either of the Annual Meeting or of the approval of the financial statements for the previous financial year, whichever is the later. The term of office of the new Chairman shall commence the following day.",
