  "text": "1. The Joint Committee shall normally meet once every year. The meetings of the Joint Committee shall be convened by the Chair and shall be held alternately in Brussels and Seoul, on a date fixed by mutual agreement. Extraordinary meetings of the Joint Committee may be held at the request of either Party, if the Parties so agree.\n2. The Joint Committee shall normally meet at the level of senior official, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.",
