  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2016/850\nof 27 May 2016\namending Decision 2013/255/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Syria\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 31 May 2013, the Council adopted Decision 2013/255/CFSP.\n(2)\nOn 28 May 2015, the Council adopted Decision 2015/837/CFSP, extending the restrictive measures set out in Decision 2013/255/CFSP until 1 June 2016.\n(3)\nOn the basis of a review of Decision 2013/255/CFSP, the restrictive measures should be further extended until 1 June 2017.\n(4)\nTwo persons should no longer be kept on the list of natural and legal persons, entities or bodies subject to the restrictive measures in Annex I to Decision 2013/255/CFSP.\n(5)\nThe information relating to certain persons listed in Annex I to Decision 2013/255/CFSP should be updated.\n(6)\nDecision 2013/255/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
