  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2017/1340\nof 17 July 2017\namending Decision 2010/788/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic Republic of the Congo\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to Council Decision 2010/788/CFSP of 20 December 2010 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic Republic of the Congo and repealing Common Position 2008/369/CFSP,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 20 December 2010, the Council adopted Decision 2010/788/CFSP.\n(2)\nOn 21 June 2017, the United Nations Security Council adopted Resolution 2360 (2017), which amends the listing criteria governing UN restrictive measures.\n(3)\nFurther Union action is needed in order to implement certain measures.\n(4)\nDecision 2010/788/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
