  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2017/1386\nof 25 July 2017\namending Decision 2014/145/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to Council Decision 2014/145/CFSP of 17 March 2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and in particular Article 3(1) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 17 March 2014, the Council adopted Decision 2014/145/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.\n(2)\nOn 13 March 2017, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2017/445, thereby renewing those measures for a further 6 months.\n(3)\nThe Council has reviewed one individual designation set out in the Annex to Decision 2014/145/CFSP. The entry concerning that person should be amended.\n(4)\nThe Annex to Decision 2014/145/CFSP should be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
