  "text": "The EU stabilisation team shall support Malian national plans and policies through its advice to the Malian authorities on the re-establishment and expansion of the civilian administration in the Centre region of Mali, in accordance with international standards, with the primary objective to consolidate and support democracy, the rule of law, human rights and gender equality by strengthening general governance in this region.",
