  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2017/1427\nof 4 August 2017\namending Decision (CFSP) 2015/1333 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 31 July 2015, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2015/1333.\n(2)\nOn 29 June 2017, the United Nations Security Council adopted Resolution (UNSCR) 2362 (2017) extending the application of measures to vessels loading, transporting or discharging petroleum, including crude oil and refined petroleum products, illicitly exported or attempted to be exported from Libya and further specifying the listing criteria.\n(3)\nDecision (CFSP) 2015/1333 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
